For Barrie and Other OMHA Centres
Barrie Zone:
In order for your player to attend the Barrie AAA Zone Midget tryouts, your son MUST have a PERMISSION TO SKATE form processed through our office if we are your child's home centre.
We will gladly process one for you during the hours of Tuesday-Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. only. After hours and on weekends your request will be on hold until the following business day. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be notified via return email when your PTS is ready for pick up. Only original signed PTS’s will be accepted by Barrie Zone. It is your responsibility to follow registration instructions on the Barrie AAA website (www.barrieaaazone.ca).
All other OMHA AAA Zones:
PTS forms will be available starting August 23, 2016.
