Wayne Gretzky Tournamnet--TNT Minor Bantam AE
The Minor Bantam AE team had great success and were finalists at the 45th International Wayne Gretzky Tournament in Brantford this past weekend.
They were first overall in the round robin play winning all four games, beating the Brantford Saints, the Hamilton Huskies, London Bandits and the Guelph Gryphons . They won a hard fought game with the Brantford Saints in the semi- finals to advance to the finals on Dec 29. Two very good teams battled for the championship with TNT losing in the final minutes of the game. They were honoured by receiving their medals from Walter Gretzky himself at the medal ceremony. Congratulations to Kieran Crawford, Ryan Bernardi, Brody Bergerman, Dalton Tainsh, Evan Moon, Milan Rejc, Corey Main, Justin Fawcett, Noah St Amant, Carson Barker, Alex Sant, Jordan Tobin, Mattias Cook, Matthew Lemire, Benium Mulineh, Nick Coleman and Carmelo Brincat.
