Travel Permits are required for ALL Exhibition games both home and away.
There are no fees for OMHA Exhibition games. All exhibition games outside of the OHF are subject to a $10 fee. All fees are to be paid in cash or via credit card in the TNT Office and must accompany this form. Applications will not be processed without payment. Receipts will be given.
