Finalists -- Wayne Gretzky 45th International Hockey Tournament – TNT Minor Midget AE

The Minor Midget AE went undefeated in round robin,  with ties to Orangeville 3-3, Brantford 2-2 and  with wins to Sarnia 7-0 and Halton 3-1.

The TNT Minor Midget AE moved on to the semi finals and played Kitchener, with the great goal tending from  Ryan Angenent,  the team posted at 3-0 win and moved onto the finals against Orangeville.  The game was close,  with great  goal tending by Hayden Shields who was able to stop 2 of 3 penalty shots.  At the end Orangeville was able to pull off a 3-1 win.

    With the unfortunate news that Simcoe-Muskoka health unit is moving back into Grey “lockdown” again as of Monday, March 1 we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the balance of the season.

    We are very happy to announce that as of February 20, 2021 we will be resuming our season.  Since Simcoe Muskoka is in the “Red Zone”, there are many rules and changes required in order for us to return to the ice.
