Bantam teams continue to do well in Tottenham!!

Minor Bantam AE came to play tonight!! From the moment the puck dropped to the final buzzer these teams were at each other’s throats. The first period was a lot of back and forth, hard fought hockey. Just when it seemed that the first period would remain scoreless TNT puts a puck in the net with 19 seconds left in the frame.
The Tornados went up 2 to 0 when they scored around the 7th minute of the second period. With 3:23 left in that period the Tornados were assessed a 5 minute major.  TNT went into PK mode and killed the entire penalty, no goals!!!
At 2:27 left in the third the Tornados sealed the fate of their opponent. The game became quite chippy in the third. At the final whistle there were almost as many players in the penalty box as there were on the ice!  The final score was 3 to 0.

One thing to note, this team played great D and had awesome goaltending when on home ice. Of the three wins on home ice the team only let in one goal.  This was the second Bantam rep series to end in Tottenham.
Bantam AE can end their series tomorrow night at, yep, you guessed it Tottenham. The game is at 7:00pm.

The next game of the evening was TNT Bantam LL 2 versus the EG Eagles. Another hard fought battle with a 3 to 2 final in favour of the Tornados. TNT battled back from a 2 nothing deficit to kick of their playoffs with a W. Congratulations to the team!! Another Bantam win at the TCC!!
