OMHA Playdown Update
Here we go, update on the 8 teams we have in the OMHA playdowns.
I missed Novice AE last time, I usually forget one team. It's really a test so I know someone is actually reading this stuff.  Good to know that you are!!
;)

Novice AE—Up two games to one against the Markham Waxers. In this series the visiting team has won all three games. Home ice doesn’t mean anything to these guys. Let’s hope TNT breaks that streak and wins game 4 at the NTRC on March 6. Let me rephrase that...TNT will break that streak on March 6!

Minor Atom AA—Down two games to none against a very tough Kingston team. Kingston won both games here this past weekend. It’s our turn to make the trek out there for a game Friday night and Saturday. Good luck to the team.  I did hear one of the coaches from Kingston say “wow, these are nice dressing rooms here, they are going to be severely disappointed when they come to us”. There’s some intel for you Paul, just trying to help out anyway I can.  :)

Atom AE—Also down 2 games to none against the Whitby Wildcats. A pivotal game 3 Wednesday night in Whitby. Good luck team!!

Bantam AA—This series is tied at a game each. Looks like this one may go the full five or 6 games. Regardless, I’m sure we will come out on the winning end. Game 3 is on March 5th in their barn.

Minor Midget AE—I was able to watch some of this game on Saturday. Talk about tough players (ours I’m referring to). We stuck it to ‘em with solid 7 to 2 victory to go up one game to none. I’m thinking game two won’t be as easy, it’s tonight in O-Town. Good luck guys.

Midget AE—The other series against Orangeville. A very close game with the visitor coming up the victor with a 2 to 1 win. As with the minors, game 2 of this series goes tonight in Orangeville.

Midget AA –Lost game two of this series against Ajax 5 to 0, in Ajax.  The Midget AA boys have a practice tonight to regroup. Game three is on Tuesday night at 8:30, NTRC 1.

Juvenile—Woolwich was in town yesterday and beat us 2 to 1 in a very close game. Four out of the five games so far in this round has been decided by only one goal.  The final game in this round robin for TNT is on March 8 at Erie North Shore.
