If you don't see your doctor listed, no biggee. You can go to any of the ones on the list with an asterisk.
Simply call the doctor's office, advise them that you'd like to make an appointment for a mouthguard fitting and that it's for TNT.
One VERY important thing to note...remember to bring your child with you! ;)
Mouthguards are mandatory for all ages in TNT/OMHA centres and these are custom fit for your child.
