Simcoe Region Local League starts their playoffs this week.
TNT has 7 teams participating.

The Simcoe Region Local League regular season wrapped up on Tuesday night.

Bantam 1-- Starts their best of 5 series against Nobleking1 on Super Bowl Sunday at 4:30pm at NTRC1. These teams met twice during the regular season each winning once. As a side note; two of the coaches on this team are the biggest Montreal Canadiens fans of all time, including their two boys Tanner and Ashton.

Bantam 2-- Finishing 8th overall this team makes it into the Group 1 playoff round against the top team, Thornton Tigers 2. These two did not meet in the regular season so they will meet for this time in the playoffs.

Bantam 3-- Nobleking Knights 2 will meet up with our boys. We finished only two points out of the group 1 playoffs round. These two also met twice in the regular season and had a win each.

Minor Midget LL 1-- Is starting off in a round robin against Richmond Hill 2 and Thornton. Game one is on Feb-11, 8pm at the TCC.

Minor Midget LL 2-- The schedule for their matchup has not been set yet but they will be facing Lefroy. Another split during the regular season with each team winning once.

Midget LL 1-- In a round robin against Bradford 1 and Thornton 2. They don't play until Feb-10 in Tottenham at 9:30pm.

Midget LL 2-- Will face the Richmond Hill Kings. I have good information that the schedule will be posted shortly. They played twice during the regular season each winning once. The goalies in each of those wins earned a shutout. Should be a good series.

Good luck to all our Local League teams.
