U9 AA team delivering Christmas Cheer
The TNT U9 AA team visited Riverwood Retirement Home on Sunday December 5th after their game against Markham. The team of 8 years olds delivered 80 handmade cards and some Christmas cookies to all the residents. The players then provided some entertainment with a very energetic road hockey game. The residents were able to watch from their rooms and from the great room. Santa was a stellar goalie for the Blue team! The next day, the team delivered another 90 cards to the Good Samaritan retirement home.
